Get Involved

The engagement and support of Madison Region business and community leaders is integral to the work MadREP performs and the long-term economic growth of this region.

As the most comprehensive strategy that this region has ever pursued, Advance Now  requires broad participation and investment from the community.

The Madison Region now has a unique opportunity to strengthen the relationship between our business community, education community, and future workforce. Inspire Madison Region can help  improve your company’s local talent pipeline by connecting with students, parents, and educators to inform them about your company’s and industry’s needs. Enroll your company to create a employer profile, or for more information contact Gene Dalhoff.

PARTICIPATE IN THE WORKPLACE DIVERSITY & INCLUSION ASSESSMENT PROCESS

In May 2014, MadREP introduced an annual performance report to measure, recognize, improve, and promote the Madison Region’s workplace Diversity & Inclusion practices. The employer survey captures quantitative and qualitative data about workforce demographics, supplier diversity programs, and community engagement. Individual workplace responses will remain anonymous, but will become part of an aggregated data set for the region. To learn more or get involved, contact Gene Dalhoff.
