NGL is comprised of National Guardian Life and Settlers Life, which is located in Bristol, Virginia. For over 100 years, NGL has written many kinds of insurance policies that we continue to service today. In the late 1990’s, NGL refocused its business model to concentrate on a few niche markets: preneed, final expense and group accident and health products. Settlers Life Insurance specializes in whole life insurance providing coverage for final expense.
