CEDS Public Review

CEDS Public Review: April 26-May 26, 2012

The development of Advance Now was partially funded through the U.S. Economic Develompent Administration (EDA) as part of a grant to create a formal Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy (CEDS) for the eight-county Madison Region. This strategy will position MadREP to obtain a federally-approved Economic Development District (EDD) designation for the Madison Region, creating funding opportunities such as seed money for revolving loan funds, planning grants, and infrastructure funding.

The EDA grant requirements stipulate that the research and reports developed as part of the CEDS be available for formal public review for 30 days. While we have invited public feedback throughout the planning process, we are officially accepting public input on the documents below from April 26 – May 26, 2012.

Please direct any feedback to Joe Klosterman, Project Specialist, at 608.443.1965 or jklosterman@madisonregion.org.
